ZONE CONTROLLER - LON |
|
DESCRIPTION
The new ZFC-series of Zone and Fan Coil Controllers is specifically
designed for zoning applications, such as reheat valve control and
pressure dependent VAV, with or without local reheat.
The controllers feature a backlit LCD display with dedicated function
menu keys for simple operation.
Accurate temperature control is achieved using a P+I control algorithm,
which virtually eliminates the temperature offset associated with
traditional, differential-based units. |
|
Models are available for 3-point floating or 0-10Vdc outputs.
Provision for a remote room sensor (see AP TRD) is available and all
versions contain an SPST auxiliary switch that can be used to control
lighting or auxiliary reheat. The controllers are
available as stand-alone types or with Echelon or BACnet MS/TP network
adapters.
FEATURES
• Advanced occupancy functions
• Three configurable inputs
• Pre-configured sequences of operation
• Unique configuration setup utility
• Lockable keypad
• Available for 24Vac floating or 0-10Vdc output
• Auxiliary output
BENEFITS
• One model meets more applications
• Reduced project delivery cost
• Tamperproof, no need for housing guards
• Meets advanced applications requirements
• Can be used for lighting or reheat |

LonWorks A NEW
FLEXIBLE AND COST EFFECTIVE LONWORKS DDC SOLUTION INTELLIGENT
BUILDING MANAGEMENT SOLUTIONS |
In the evolving IBMS market, the scope of
control system integrations is being rethought.
It is no longer an issue of device specific or protocol specific
integrations. Integration must be provided at the information level
and be fully supported locally.
Tomorrow's IBMS solutions require an integration framework that is
flexible and powerful enough to support a broad range of solutions,
but not overly technical in its implementation - it must be
powerfully simple. |
|
AP has an open software solution that
leverages the power of mainstream technologies without the
constraints of a proprietary design or implementation is in order. |

The MB2 range of control modules provide a
convenient, lowcost solution to control applications.
Originally designed for building control applications, the MB2
features 8 inputs individually configurable to accept either digital
or analog signals, plus a choice of analog and digital output
options. |

A 64kb programmable flash memory provides
storage for application programs and configuration data and
facilitates remote update. MB2 can be used alone or in conjunction
with a matching relay box, which clips to the side of the controller
unit to provide 4 or 8 relay outputs each rated at 10A 230V AC.
Connections between the controller and the relay box are made
automatically when the relay box is clipped into place.
Features:
-
Flexible control module for Lonworks
networks.
-
Individually configurable digital and
analog inputs; 'Plug and play'
relay box allows control of power switching applications.
-
Uses flash memory to facilitate
application download via network.
