To solve most problems connected with floor
heating systems and chilled beams, wireless thermostats are becoming
the best solution especially in cases where wall installations are
not possible - because of artistic decorations etc.
It is also
convenient to avoid rewiring of previous electric systems.
A receiver, to which thermostat signals are sent should be installed
adjacent to the manifold of the floor heating system, the boiler or
other actuator.
The receiver should be designed to accept up to six
signals from six different thermostats.
A microprocessor housed inside the radio thermostat generates the
broadcasted sequence in a “random “way, in order to avoid data
collisions.
In addition, an AP thermostat provides sophisticated performance and
considerable savings of the time and work.
It is housed in an
elegant case.
Radio Receivers
The wireless receiver which is connected to the transmitter, has to
be installed close to the boiler or actuator.
The receiver can be a single channel, two or
six relay module, connected to a small receiving antenna.
Additional six channel relay modules can be
added to expand the receiving system to 12, 18, 24 etc. channels. |
