Cooling - Cooling in sequence with VAV-dampers and chilled beam

Function
The built-in temperature sensor GT1 measure the temperature and using
PI-action controller to control the output of the VAV damper actuator
ST1 and ST2 and the control valve SV2 in sequence.
At increased cooling demand activates output COOLING 0-10Vdc for VAV
damper actuator then activates output HEATING 0-10Vdc to the control
valve SV2 in the chilled beams.
All parameters for the PI-action controller and set-points can be
changed by the keypad on the controller and displayed on the screen.
